​Yes, the doors match the carcass as closely as possible in relation to the board manufacturer's range.

On complete bedrooms it is generally around 3-5 weeks, from confirmation of order. 

Yes, just let us know your dimensions, door style and colour and we can happily supply you with doors and matching accessories.

All low level cabinets are constructed by glue and dowel. Smaller units like bedside tables will be delivered fully assembled including the drawers. The wardrobes and taller cabinets are of cam and dowel construction and are delivered flat packed for access purposes.

We do not undertake any electrical work in your house. We recommend all electrical work is undertaken by a qualified electrical engineer. We can carry out any carpentry works required for your electrical needs.

• 18mm MFC backs, industry standard is usually 4mm or 8mm backs. The Hot Box Company’s Bedroom backs are built for rigidity and durability.​

• Colour coordinated throughout, not ivory or beech internally but the same colour as your doors.

• All exposed edges are lipped.

• Rigid glue and dowel construction – certain cabinets are assembled with cam and dowel fixings.

• Hanging rails included with all wardrobes.​

​In order to keep our prices low, we do not hold stock of items like doors, accessories and carcasses. Instead they are "made to order" to your exact requirements. Unfortunately this means we cannot accept returns of these items unless they are faulty through manufacturing and will be replaced.

Yes, we do offer a fitting service, we do not undertake any electrical or plumbing works.

Yes. Unlike some companies, our professional fitters pride themselves on leaving everything clean and tidy on completion.

Yes, no problem. We can deliver on a supply only basis. Most Tradesmen we only supply. 

Everything is 18mm not 15mm and is colour co-ordinated inside to match the colour of the door.

Yes, we manufacture a full 18mm thick carcass, they are also available without if required.
